Peak Season - December and January plus Xmas*, Easter and all Long Weekends

1 night  - $160 per room
2 nights - $300 per room
3 nights - $420 per room
4 nights - $520 per room
5 nights - $620 per room
6 nights - $720 per room
7 nights - $820 per room

* No cooked breakfast Xmas Day, continental only

Shoulder Season - February to April and September to November

1 night  - $150 per room
2 nights - $280 per room

Low Season - May to August

1 night - $130 per room
2 nights - $240 per room

Accommodation Only - $100 per room per night

Standard rate :

$100 per night, minimum 2 nights. Bring your own food provisions.

Xmas period :

$120 per night, minimum 3 nights. Bring your own food provisions - 24/12/08 to 31/01/09.

• Extra Person $50 per night. Prices are based on couples. The single rate is 20% less.

• Cash on arrival is the preferred method of payment. A receipt will be issued. There are a number of ATMs in the Sussex Inlet CBD for your convenience.

• Overnight, weekend and weekly packages are available. Longer stay packages can be arranged.

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking accommodation, either by cheque or direct debit.

• Arrival time is 2pm onwards, departure 10am the following morning.

• Unfortunately, we do not have facilities for children (apart from the cabin) or for pets. For guests who would like to bring their horses, we have paddocks available for agistment for no extra cost. We do ask that no riding is permitted on the property but there are good riding trails close by.
